Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Actively seeking new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and researching potential clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Handling the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Target Achievement: Working towards and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring competitors, market trends, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively persuade and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Sales Aptitude: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a pipeline, and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
