As a New Business Sales Executive at Cloversoft, you will build fast-growing, long-term partnerships with existing and new customers. You will propose solutions and plans that meet sales revenue goals and drive constant improvements in sell-through rates across all channels. This role requires a keen understanding of product categories and markets. While building these plans, you'll develop not only your negotiation and sales skills but also your financial and marketing acumen, analytical insights, and logistical expertise, as you'll be responsible for your clients from A-Z.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquiring all types of B2B businesses, and distributors
- Developing and maintaining productive, long-term relationships with customers
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your customers, their businesses, KPIs, categories, and market
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans
- Collaborating closely with teams from other departments
- Resolving any issues and problems of your clients and acting as a link between your customers and internal teams

Have strong courage to make calls, set up meetings and ask for the sales.
Proven ability in critical thinking and problem solving.
Strong organizational & analytical skills in data analysis skills with the ability to pull out insights and come up with sales strategy.
Ability to do data visualisation and generate sales report.
Ability to collaborate effectively within an inclusive environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
