Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Singapore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the baking industry. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and representing MIWE at trade shows and events when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management, client engagement, and sales negotiation techniques.
  • Experience in business development, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the baking industry and technical knowledge of equipment, such as ovens, refrigeration systems, or automation tools, is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic market trends.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and support business objectives.
