Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned dealers and channel partners to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries by preparing accurate quotations and supporting tender submissions with effective pricing follow-up
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA, and Finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery scheduling, and resolution of operational issues
  • Conduct regular sales visits and meetings to nurture customer relationships, follow up on leads, and expand business opportunities
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback to inform management decision-making
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue new sales development opportunities
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and documentation standards while executing assigned ad-hoc tasks from management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience managing dealer accounts and channel sales, including handling quotations and tenders
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial, engineering, generator, or power solutions sectors
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
