Responsibilities
- Lead assigned dealers and channel partners to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by preparing accurate quotations and supporting tender submissions with effective pricing follow-up
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA, and Finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery scheduling, and resolution of operational issues
- Conduct regular sales visits and meetings to nurture customer relationships, follow up on leads, and expand business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback to inform management decision-making
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue new sales development opportunities
- Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and documentation standards while executing assigned ad-hoc tasks from management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience managing dealer accounts and channel sales, including handling quotations and tenders
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial, engineering, generator, or power solutions sectors
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing sales reports and presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
