Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to acquire new restaurant partners, build strategic relationships, and grow Farmio's footprint in Singapore's foodservice sector. This role focuses on merchant acquisition, solution selling, and creating long-term value for restaurant operators through Farmio's AI-enabled supply chain platform.

Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new restaurant and F&B merchants onto the Farmio platform.

  • Conduct outreach, cold calls, site visits, and in-person meetings to pitch Farmio's value proposition.

  • Develop a strong lead pipeline and consistently achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Understand restaurant procurement and supply-chain pain points to recommend the right solutions.

Restaurant Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant groups, chains, and F&B decision-makers.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Logistics, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Develop joint business plans to increase wallet share and strengthen long-term collaborations.

Sales Excellence

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to merchant needs.

  • Analyse sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide feedback to product, operations, and leadership teams to enhance merchant experience and platform features.

Market Insights & Field Execution

  • Stay up to date with Singapore F&B trends, competitor dynamics, and supply-chain challenges.

  • Represent Farmio at industry events, trade shows, and partner activities.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in B2B F&B sales, merchant acquisition, field sales, or partnerships.

  • Experience with GrabFood, foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with cold outreach and field-based sales.

  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement teams.

  • Self-driven, resilient, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Passion for food, restaurants, or supply-chain innovation is a bonus.
