Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support sales team in identifying opportunities, lead generation, and qualification to drive growth.
  • Customer Relations: Assist in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through communication and follow-ups.
  • Proposals & Tenders: Help prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions with research and technical details.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions for complex requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Compliance Support: Stay updated on environmental regulations and assist in ensuring service compliance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide scheduling, documentation, and coordination for meetings, audits, and site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or technical experience preferably in industrial, energy, construction, or project-based-related fields.
  • Strong business development mindset with a proactive, hunter-style approach.
