Job Summary
This role bridges customers and production, focusing on managing RFQs, supporting B2B sales activities, and ensuring smooth order execution. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and production team to deliver reliable service and build long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and RFQs by preparing quotations and following up to secure orders
- Support the Sales Manager in coordinating daily sales activities and managing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to track job progress and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Accurately process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to maintain order integrity
- Provide customers with timely ETA updates and production status reports
- Resolve customer issues promptly by facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders
- Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and customer communications for reference and audit
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or higher, preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or other relevant disciplines
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to handle customer interactions and internal coordination
- Proficiency in managing emails, quotations, and basic systems for sales and order processing
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately in an SME environment
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of manufacturing processes to support sales and production coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience (minimum 1 year) in customer service, sales operations (preferably B2B), manufacturing/production coordination, logistics, or procurement roles
- Ability to start work on short notice or immediately

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
