Job Scope:
- Support the Head of Sales in daily sales activities.
- Identify and follow up on potential customers and project opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and handle enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with invoicing, progress claims, and payment follow-ups.
- Update sales records and reports using the ERP system.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in any field of study. Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply.
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
