Job Description

You'll be:

Proactively identifying and securing new clients, especially those with high-volume or project-based workforce needs
Driving contract and event staffing job orders by engaging client-side hiring managers
Spotting new projects, tenders, or companies entering the Singapore market and positioning ManpowerGroup as their workforce partner of choice
Partnering with our delivery consultants to ensure smooth execution once job orders are secured

We're looking for someone with:

13 years of experience in sales or business development
A proven track record in hunting and winning new business
Experience selling to event agencies, outsourcing firms, or companies with large-scale contingent workforce needs is a plus
Familiarity with the Singapore market and an eye for emerging opportunities
Confidence, drive, and a love for fast-paced, project-driven environments
