Sales Executive / Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire SME and corporate customers for domestic and international express services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable express delivery solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the express, courier, or parcel delivery industry.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
