Beecruit is looking for a highly driven Sales Executive / Manager to aggressively grow our client base and revenue. This role is ideal for individuals who are hungry for success, confident in sales, and motivated by commissions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Actively prospect, cold call, and hunt for new corporate clients across Singapore
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Secure new recruitment mandates and convert opportunities into revenue
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise repeat and referral business
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track sales activities and pipeline performance using CRM tools
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and client hiring demands
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields
- 1-5 years of strong B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable with cold calling, client pitching, and objections handling
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- For Manager level: experience managing key accounts and driving team sales performance is preferred
