Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their jewellery needs to provide personalized product recommendations
- Explain features and benefits of gold and diamond jewellery to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Use knowledge of Indian languages to communicate effectively with customers and enhance their shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments securely
- Maintain the shop's appearance by organizing displays and keeping the area clean and inviting
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to the supervisor
- Follow shop policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
