Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will assist in implementing the business development plan to support the company's revenue and market share growth in the commercial and industrial sales market. This role focuses on identifying leads, supporting key account activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships, while ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets in the Commercial and Industrial sales market.
- Identify and follow up on new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, assisting in account management and customer service.
- Coordinate with Engineering and operations teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to support brand presence and lead generation.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the LPG, industrial gas, or related commercial/industrial sector.
- Ability to assist in budget tracking and prepare basic sales reports.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Team player with the ability to work closely with internal departments and external clients.
- Experience in LPG sales tendering will be added advantage.
