Sales Executive (Labels Printing/Loyang)

Our client company is a manufacturing company specialised in custom-designed, high-quality labels and precision die-cut parts that are used across various industries - from electronics, manufacturing, logistics to healthcare and consumer goods.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Location: Loyang, East
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Allowance Provided

Job description:

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential and existing customers through proactive outreach, including calls and meetings
• Customer Service & Support: Understand and anticipate customers needs by addressing their inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions
• Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals set by the company through effective selling strategies and customer relationship management
• Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare and present quotations to customers, and diligently follow up to secure sales
• Reporting: Submit detailed sales reports and customer survey forms to track progress and improve performance
• Compliance:Adhere to all relevant laws and ethical codes through regular training and compliance checks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in the trade industry is a plus
