Develop new customers in the Biomedical industry, private laboratory, special center, clinical trial center, ACADEMIC, FOOD, CHEMICAL, PETROCHEMICAL and pharmaceuticals industry.
Maintain existing customers through planned regular personal visits & account support.
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries.
Understand customer's need, prepare sales proposal and presentation, handle customer objection and negotiation to conclude sales.
Plan, develop and carry out activities for direct mailing and marketing of new products to existing customers and new customers.
Provide technical advice and application support to customers.
Perform order tracking and reconcile customer's purchase order to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with sub-contractor, customers, overseas principals and service engineer on deliveries, installation and commissioning.
Submit monthly report on sales activities, forecast, order forecast, market trend & competition.
Attend product and sales training to develop relevant knowledge and skills for products offered, existing customers and new customers.
Job Requirement:
At least Diploma in Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year experience in Sales.
A Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
