Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Sales Executive to drive business development for our China-based trading company. This is an outbound-driven role for a resilient salesperson who excels at identifying international B2B and B2C buyers, navigating objections, and closing deals. You will be responsible for aggressively expanding our global network and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively prospect and source new distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and trade platforms.
Sales Execution: Lead sales conversations with authority. Present products, negotiate terms (pricing, MOQs, delivery), and drive the deal from initial contact to close.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust-based relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing to provide feedback to our China-based sourcing and operations teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure client expectations align with our sourcing capabilities and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Sales Track Record: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international trading.
Outbound Expertise: Highly comfortable with hunting for leads and handling the rejection inherent in outbound sales.
Negotiation: Exceptional ability to present value and close complex deals with international buyers.
Communication: Native or professional-level English additional languages are a significant advantage for global trading.
Presence: A confident, persuasive personality with a strong professional presence.
