The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Executive who understands that modern service sales are driven by data. This role goes beyond selling a standard service. You will be presenting technology-enabled solutions and data-driven insights to clients. You will use our proprietary systems to provide clients with clear, data-driven reports that demonstrate compliance, prove service effectiveness and give them complete peace of mind.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sell Solutions, Not Just Services: Utilize our SaaS platforms and data analytics to identify client needs and present tailored, technology-backed proposals.
- Manage a Strategic Pipeline: Oversee the full sales cycle for clients who value data-driven decision making.
- Become a Data-Savvy Advisor: Build trust by using insights from our systems to provide clients with actionable recommendations on their pest management, cleaning or facility health.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating the unique value of our integrated tech-and-service model.
- Drive Product Evolution: Provide direct feedback from the field to help shape the future development of our technology platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Singaporean or Singapore PR only.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record.
- Practical experience in Pest Management, Cleaning or Facility Management.
- Comfortable with technology and keen to use SaaS tools and data to win business
- A consultative sales approach, focused on understanding client problems and presenting data-backed solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and excellent at building relationships.
