Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth across our Home Appliances product categories.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong channel sales experience, excellent relationshipbuilding skills, and a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealer networks.
  • Develop and execute sellin and sellout strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives.
  • Plan and support channel activities such as brand fairs, roadshows, instore activations, and dealer events.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of sales campaigns.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage B2B sales projects, tenders, and stock allocation for various channels.
  • Forecast stock requirements based on sales trends and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on stock, logistics, and operational arrangements.
  • Oversee promoters and ensure alignment with company sales direction.
  • Provide coverage for account managers during their absence.
  • Process documentation such as CNs, rebates, logistics coordination, and sales planning items.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or channel management.
  • Experience in home appliances sales (e.g., fridge, washer) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and resultsdriven.
  • Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
