◆Role Overview:

Our client is a Japanese electronic components and semiconductor solutions provider serving manufacturers and industrial customers across the Asia-Pacific region. As the business continues to expand in Southeast Asia and India, they are looking for a proactive Japanese-speaking Sales Executive to strengthen customer relationships while driving new business development in high-growth regional markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy regional business development, international travel, and working closely with distributors and customers across multiple countries.

◆Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through distributors and channel partners across Southeast Asia and India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations both online and in person.
• Travel within the region (approximately every 3-4 months) to visit customers together with local distributors or sales partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support customer requirements and business expansion.
• Monitor customer activities and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and related documentation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

◆Requirements:

[Must Have]

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, regardless of industry.
• Japanese language proficiency to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and headquarters.
• Willingness to travel on business trips within Southeast Asia and India.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.

• Experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in the electronic components, semiconductor, or electronics industry.
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company or Japanese business environment.
• Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
