Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support to users via email, chat, or phone.
• Assist customers in onboarding and adoption of products/services.
• Identify user pain points and collaborate with product teams to improve user experience.
• Track and report customer feedback, usage data, and satisfaction metrics.
• Build strong relationships with users to drive retention and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience background in tourism, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or user support platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is preferred.
