- Generate leads and secure new business for commercial renovation and interior refurbishment projects.
- Handle client inquiries related to office renovations, retail refurbishments, and commercial upgrades.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for renovation proposals and BOQs
- Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least years of sales experience in commercial renovation / interior fit-out.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up abilities.
