Job Summary

You will promote indoor sales and marketing of commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel products for the food and beverage industry. You will manage stock-taking, ordering, and administrative tasks while responding to customer inquiries and supporting after-sales services, projects, and tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel products tailored for the food and beverage industry
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and manage inventory ordering to maintain optimal product availability
  • Perform administrative tasks to support sales operations and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to provide product information and resolve issues
  • Coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects
  • Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and project proposals to secure new business opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the retail industry
  • Bilingual communication skills to engage diverse customer groups

Other Information

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (till 1:30 PM) Sundays and Public Holidays off
