Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales plans targeting end-users segments.
- Identify opportunities in small businesses, start-ups, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with individual decision makers in small enterprises to large organisations
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security decision-makers.
- Educate end-users on the importance of cloud security and how our solutions protect their digital lives.
- Understand client pain points and align solutions to their cloud security needs.
- Deliver product demos, webinars, and workshops tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Market Development
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that resonate with end user needs (e.g., privacy, ease of use, affordability).
- Gather customer feedback to refine product positioning and usability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position solutions effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA).
- Actively participate in partner's events, relevant market events, trade shows, and online communities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth on boarding and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and customer success.
- Provide feedback to Sales Manager/Director on customer requirements and market gaps.
- Provide insights to Sales Manager/Director on consumer preferences and usability improvements.
Reporting & Accountability
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager/Director.
- Track performance metrics and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Track performance metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Share market insights to guide strategic decisions for consumer-focused growth.
- Provide insights on customer trends and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure the Sales and marketing of products, services and solutions follows the SVT code of ethics.
- Assist in resolution of customer issues regarding software deployment, technical feedback and maintenance plan.
- Assist in resolution of customer payment on time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with minimum 1-2years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in end-user sales or SMB-focused technology sales and track record in cloud based solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cybersecurity basics, with the ability to explain them simply.
