The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for a leading dermatology product. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Sales
- Grow and develop the market for assigned portfolio within assigned territories.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
- Manage and expand relationships with hospitals and clinics.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and market activities.
- Communicate business trends and insights internally to the team and Manager.
- Conduct daily pre-call planning and post-call reviews.
- Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and call planning.
Product/Marketing
- Organize and participate in medical talks, events, and product exhibitions.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Plan and execute regular blitz campaigns in hospitals and clinics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in dermatology sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships.
- Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
