Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying new customers, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products or services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
