Job Summary
Serve and grow existing customers in the Halal sector, develop new accounts, and increase sales revenue through strategic cross-selling and strong customer relationships at Leong Guan Food Manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Serve and grow existing Leong Guan customers, focusing on the Halal sector, to maintain and increase sales volume
- Develop new customer accounts by identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits
- Process quotations and sales orders accurately and schedule timely deliveries to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue by cross-selling products across the Leong Guan Group
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
- Support company-organized marketing activities to promote products and services
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess GCE N/O level certification
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle for customer visits
- Demonstrate ability to read and understand English and Malay to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Sales experience in the food services industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Motivated with a positive attitude to meet sales goals and handle customer interactions
Other Information
- Work schedule includes alternate Saturdays
- Salary package includes Basic pay, Car Allowance, and Sales Commission
