Job description
Store Visits & Relationship Building
Regular visits to independent GT accounts (convenience stores, mini-marts, small grocers) regularly to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
Maintain a disciplined territory call plan to ensure consistent customer engagement.
New Account Acquisition & Cold Calling
Identify and approach new GT outlets to open accounts and expand market reach.
Conduct proactive cold calls and in-person visits to convert prospects into customers.
Merchandising & Marketing Execution
Ensure products are well-presented, priced, and distributed according to brand standards.
Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and in-store campaigns.
Educate store owners/staff on product benefits and selling points.
Order Taking & Sales Promotion
Take daily/weekly orders from GT accounts accurately and on schedule.
Actively promote new products, seasonal items, and special promotions to drive trial and increase SKU penetration.
Returns & Damaged Goods Handling
Facilitate returns for expired or damaged products in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for replacements and credits.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports on visits, orders, trends, and competitor activity.
Provide insights on product performance and forecast demand for inventory planning.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
Act as the primary point of contact for GT accounts in your territory.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
Collect market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, demand shifts) and share insights with Sales Leadership, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams.
Recommend adjustments to promotions, assortments or pricing based on real-time field observations.
Mobility Requirement
Preference a vehicle or motorbike for daily travel between stores and territories.
