  1. Store Visits & Relationship Building

    • Regular visits to independent GT accounts (convenience stores, mini-marts, small grocers) regularly to build rapport and strengthen relationships.

    • Maintain a disciplined territory call plan to ensure consistent customer engagement.

  2. New Account Acquisition & Cold Calling

    • Identify and approach new GT outlets to open accounts and expand market reach.

    • Conduct proactive cold calls and in-person visits to convert prospects into customers.

  3. Merchandising & Marketing Execution

    • Ensure products are well-presented, priced, and distributed according to brand standards.

    • Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and in-store campaigns.

    • Educate store owners/staff on product benefits and selling points.

  4. Order Taking & Sales Promotion

    • Take daily/weekly orders from GT accounts accurately and on schedule.

    • Actively promote new products, seasonal items, and special promotions to drive trial and increase SKU penetration.

  5. Returns & Damaged Goods Handling

    • Facilitate returns for expired or damaged products in accordance with company policy.

    • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for replacements and credits.

  6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

    • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports on visits, orders, trends, and competitor activity.

    • Provide insights on product performance and forecast demand for inventory planning.

  7. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for GT accounts in your territory.

  8. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop

    • Collect market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, demand shifts) and share insights with Sales Leadership, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams.

    • Recommend adjustments to promotions, assortments or pricing based on real-time field observations.

  9. Mobility Requirement

    • Preference a vehicle or motorbike for daily travel between stores and territories.
