SALES EXECUTIVE (GOLD JEWELLERY RETAIL)

Roles & responsibilities

. Act as a brand ambassador to provide excellent sales and after sales service

. Handle enquires and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner

. Develop excellent relationships with the existing and prospective customers

. Assists in daily stock keeping and operational tasks

. Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills,

. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a gold jewellery,sales showroom,freshers are welcome.

. Good communication & presentation skills.

. Good spoken of English and another language to clients of a multilingual environment.

. Presentable,Outgoing,Punctual,Responsible,Honesty and Discipline.

. Able to work as a team to achieve sales targets.

. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

. Computers proficient
