Job Description

Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Health Products / Supplements

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers, including retail outlets, pharmacies, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate information on health products to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product launches
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events when required

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of health products and regulatory compliance is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
