Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Health Products / Supplements
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and acquire new customers, including retail outlets, pharmacies, distributors, and corporate clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate information on health products to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product launches
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events when required
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of health products and regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
