Position: Sales Executive
Due to expansion, we are hiring Sales Executives who are passionate about serving our customers and empathetic to the challenges they face.
The Sales Executive will gain hands-on experience in navigating challenging situations and engaging both charities and corporate partners. This role is key in promoting the adoption of GivePlease's digital platforms and supporting the growth of the broader Giving ecosystem.
You will work closely with the General Manager to develop a strong customer base and deliver on key business goals-contributing directly to our vision of transforming.
Key Responsibilities
Championing customer success with deep empathy for the needs of charities and non-profit organizations.
Achieve sales targets in assigned markets and product segments.
Identify and secure new B2B accounts to expand the customer base.
Promote and introduce GivePlease's product suite to drive adoption and ecosystem growth.
Understand the competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate GivePlease solutions.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including product demos, proposal follow-ups, and onboarding.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify campaign effectiveness.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet and exceed performance targets.
Work closely with leadership to align strategic priorities and market execution.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales or a similar sales-related role.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and onboarding new clients.
Experience in startups, IT services, or fintech is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
