Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience and a strong track record of achieving targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.

. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, event prospecting and market research.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

. Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop promotional strategies and materials.

. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

. Exhibit the capacity to excel under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering efficient and high-quality outcomes.

. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
