What You'll Own & Achieve
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Connect with top decision-makers - HR Leaders, Admin teams, Marketing heads, Directors, and C-suites
- Lead discovery calls and craft event concepts tailored to each client's objectives
- Create compelling proposals, decks & quotations that win deals and build long-term partnerships
- Manage and grow client relationships with consistent engagement and high-quality service
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handovers and successful event execution
- Represent TheMeetUpSG at industry events, networking sessions, and client engagements
- Support onsite event coordination when required to ensure client satisfaction
- Track leads & pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups
- Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand event offerings
What You Bring to the Table
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management, or related field
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development (events/hospitality/marketing is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven personality
- Ability to think strategically, plan ahead, and handle conversations with senior leaders
- Comfort in hybrid work arrangements and onsite meetings/events
- A strong existing corporate network is a major advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach strategies
