Sales Executive (Freight Services).

Job Responsibilities

• Cold Calling to prospective clients
• To promote Crystal Freight Services Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Establish strong customer base
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by superior
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Achieve sales target

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
• Possess own transport
