Responsibilities
. Cold calls to prospects & outdoor sales visit
. Account & Relationship Management
. Prepare monthly sales report
. Promote international air and ocean services
. Achieve sales target
. Identify potential clients and develop new accounts (hunter role)
. To manage sales and daily logistics duties
. Ensure high customer satisfaction
. Conduct marketplace and research
. Identify and enlarge targeted customer base
. Ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
. At least Nitec/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Shipping or a related field
. Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships (both internal and external)
. Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
. Proactive, well-organized with a keen eye for detail
. Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. At least 1 year of sales experience in the import/export freight industry
. Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
. Prior experience with freight/shipping sales would be advantageous.
