Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project developers.
- Promote and present our range of architectural building materials to key decision-makers.
- Drive sales by following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend to site walks / site meetings where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior finishes, or construction industry.
- Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Preferably possess a valid driver's licence and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
