The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will primarily manage inbound enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

Your role is to understand each prospect's learning goals and guide them towards the most suitable training programme, helping them make informed career and business decisions.

You will also support live events and workshops, engaging with participants and following up with attendees to convert interest into enrolments. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand learners goals and recommend suitable courses
  • Guide prospects through course selection, funding eligibility, and enrolment
  • Follow up with leads generated from events, workshops, and webinars
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM system
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve the lead-to-enrolment journey
  • Deliver a professional and supportive experience for every prospective learner

Who We Are Looking For

  • Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries through various channels daily
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Experience in education sales, inside sales, recruitment, or consultative sales roles will be advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

High Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: $5,000 per month
  • Commission: Additional commission based on successful course enrolments
  • Potential Total Monthly Earnings:$5,000 - $10,000+ including commission

Consistent Lead Flow

  • Inbound enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
  • Structured lead management system to support conversion

Work Arrangement

Work Location:
International Plaza, Tanjong Pagar (On-site role)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM(Evening shift preferred)

Saturday

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Shift allocation will be arranged based on operational requirements.
