Job Description

Sales Executive

Location: Pasir Panjang Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities We are looking for individuals with drive, discipline, and a genuine commitment to building long-term customer relationships in the maritime industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering consistent sales performance. You will work closely with end users to understand their needs and offer solutions within established pricing and margin guidelines. You will also ensure effective adoption of company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes.

How You Will Contribute:

. Expand business with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships to achieve sales targets.

. Work closely with the sales & service team to grow new and after-sales opportunities.

. Collaborate with regional sales leadership to execute sales plans aligned with organisational goals.

. Handle customer inquiries, prepare commercial and technical proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.

. Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

. Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.

. Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

. Gather and analyse market intelligence and provide market insights to management.

. Handle ad-hoc matters and special assignments as required.

What We Look For:

. Degree or Diploma, in Business, Sales, Marine Engineering, or related fields.

. At least 1-3 years of sales experience in the marine or offshore industry, with proven exposure to field sales, business development, and pipeline management.

. Ability to work independently while contributing to a global, cross-functional team.

. Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver effective presentations.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

. Strong relationship-building abilities with a disciplined approach to customer engagement.

. Adaptability to new technologies, sales tools, and evolving market conditions.

. Willingness to travel overseas.
