Responsibilities
- Develop existing ship supply business accounts and identify new sales opportunities to expand market reach
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Propose and execute sales strategies to promote products and grow business with current customers
- Establish frontline communication with customers to share market trends and pricing updates
- Deliver personalized customer service by managing complaints and coordinating deliveries efficiently
- Prepare and manage quotations for running orders, cruises, and tenders to support sales processes
- Collaborate with Operations and Management teams to align sales activities with business needs
- Analyze market and sales data regularly to monitor industry trends and inform sales strategies
- Support the Accounts team by following up on payments and resolving customer-related issues
- Perform additional tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations
