Sales Executive (Consumer Electronics)

Job Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Formulate and carry out commercial plans to support organisational goals and performance targets.

• Compile and analyse periodic reports on sales performance and stock movement to support decision-making.

• Oversee inventory levels across distribution channels and initiate activities to optimise product sell-through.

• Coordinate and monitor field representatives performance, deployment, and achievement of sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and retail partners to support business growth.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely transactions.

• Communicate sales goals clearly to frontline teams on a regular basis.

• Facilitate administrative support for field staff, including leave coordination and liaison with HR.

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly sales reports.

• Undertake additional duties as required to support business operations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in sales within a relevant or consumer-focused industry is advantageous.

• Strong analytical thinking with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Commercial awareness with confidence in presenting ideas and insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Good organisational and coordination capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
