- Led assistants in gathering information and communicating delivery schedule changes or updates.
- Checked and verified that equipment deliveries were completed accurately gathered customer feedback for service improvement.
- Investigated and resolved customer complaints regarding transportation, documentation, and missing or lost items.
- Reviewed supplier quotations and verified purchase orders and approvals before submission.
- Handled incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate personnel for assistance
