Job Overview

We are an established heavylift transportation and specialized logistics provider located in the Pioneer Sector. As we scale up our fleet operations, we are seeking a relationship-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our commercial accounts.

This position offers a 100% fixed base salary with no commission component. We believe that high-quality service, technical compliance, and long-term client trust shouldn't be compromised by high-pressure sales targets. Operating out of our Pioneer yard, you will act as a consultative partner to construction firms, marine contractors, and engineering clients-matching their project demands with our fleet capabilities under a highly stable income structure.

Key Responsibilities

. Handle inbound RFQs (Request for quotes) and match customer cargo requirements with our core fleet services, including lorry cranes, mobile cranes, and specialized trailers.

. Drafting quotations and attend pre-job presentations.

. Gather market intelligence and identify new opportunities.

. Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

. Craft accurate commercial proposals, calculate haulage/lifting tariffs, and work closely with operations to verify route planning and ground conditions.

. Conduct customer and job-site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions, coordinate operations, and maintain strong client relations.

. Manage and cultivate a portfolio of sub-contractors, main contractors, and freight forwarding accounts to secure continuous project lanes.

Requirements & Qualifications

. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, operations coordination, or customer success within lifting, heavy logistics, construction, or transport sectors.

. Asset Requirement: Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own a personal vehicle for daily site deployments and client visitations.

. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile crane lifting capacities, lorry crane deployment limits, or trailer configurations is highly beneficial.

. Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong spatial reasoning for cargo handling, and an excellent team player who collaborates effectively with drivers and operators.

. Education: A-Level, Diploma or Degree, or a related discipline.
