Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Singapore, specifically focused on the Construction/Engineering sector. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will actively collaborate with internal teams for project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Mandarin speaking ability is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in construction technology, BIM, or engineering services.
• Willing to work in Singapore.
