SALES EXECUTIVE (COMMISSION AND BASIC)

Job Description

• Qualifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities within a territory

• Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

• Using/maintaining internal sales tools (salesforce.com) for CRM and pipeline management

• Engaging with technical and/or executive team members in complex sales scenarios

• Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions for each unique nonprofit organization

• Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of non-profit marketplace and competitor developments

• Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs

• Proven ability to generate new leads and bring in sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Able to meet and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Willing to conductoutdoor salesand visit customer sites.

• Able to develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Willing to travel for customer appointments and business development.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business management or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.

• Experience in CRM systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing travel to our office located at 41 Pandan Road, Singapore 609283.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence and driving experience required.

• Availability to start work on short notice is preferred.

• Only Singaporeans/ Permanent resident.

• Good knowledge of the local market and customer base is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
