Sales Executive (Commercial Sales/Diesel)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. In addition, you will play a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day operations, including coordinating logistics arrangements and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders and deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and secure customer accounts to meet business unit's sales targets. Get new clientele and potential customers to expand existing pool.
• Develop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customers.
• Provide credit review of customer, monitor all payment collections and bank guarantee (if any).
• Monitor and provide timely feedback on market and competitive environment.
• Ensure HSE compliance at all customer sites and conduct site audit, if required.
• Handle logistics arrangement of the sales orders.
• Preparation of quotation, tender supporting documents and tender negotiation.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Experience in oil and gas industry (e.g. diesel, lubricant) or chemical.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills to cultivate long‑term partnerships and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver persuasive pitches that convert.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth in competitive markets.
• Confident negotiator and deal‑closer, skilled in turning prospects into loyal clients.
• High energy and resilience, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Meticulous, especially in daily operational works.
