Position: Sales Executive ICT & Network Solutions
Join Cocoa as our founding sales hire in Singapore. You'll drive our market entry by selling our end-to-end network and ICT solutions, with a key focus on Telecom Operators and major System Integratorsshaping our presence across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for Cocoa's portfolio (data connectivity, integrated IT solutions) across Singapore and key SEA markets.
- Hunt, develop, and manage key accountsespecially telcos and large SIsto achieve and exceed targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to closing and handover.
- Provide timely market and competitive intelligence to support regional planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, ICT, or cloud/services.
- Existing network/relationships with Singapore telcos or system integrators is a strong advantage.
- Proven hunter with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for seamless communication with regional clients and HQ.
- Self-starter, resilient, and willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
