As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to drive trade growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support our sales and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, understands the FMCG/food industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Promote and recommend products to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners.
2. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and documentation.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
4. Coordination & Logistics
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support trade promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
5. General & Ad-hoc Duties
- Take initiative, multitask effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Proactively identify issues and suggest practical solutions or ideas for improvement.
- Participate in sales exhibitions, trade shows, or related sales events when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
