Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. As a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will conduct client meetings, develop strategic sales plans, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends and effectively communicate customer needs to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development with strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic planning, market research, and data analysis abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while achieving or exceeding targets
  • Prior experience in the insurance or consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
