Sales Executive (Business Development)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to assist the sales team in driving leads, client engagement, and supporting business growth.

What you will do:

• Identify and generate new sales leads to drive revenue growth

• Conduct market research, prospecting, and cold calling to engage potential clients

• Prepare proposals, sales quotations, and tenders, and support sales presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support contract renewals

• Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and assist with forecasts

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (contact centre experience preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Good negotiation and presentation skills

• Organized, resourceful, and able to manage time effectively

• Knowledge of sales processes, business development, and marketing principles

• Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement
