Arianetech Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in indoor vertical farming systems, LED grow lighting technologies, and smart agricultural automation solutions. Our technologies enable efficient and sustainable production of leafy greens and other crops in controlled indoor environments.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to develop and manage sales opportunities for indoor farming systems. The successful candidate will engage individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and companies interested in building indoor vertical farms for commercial production of leafy greens.

This role involves solution-based selling, client consultation, and coordination with technical teams to deliver complete indoor farming systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for indoor vertical farming solutions in Singapore and the region.

  • Promote the company's indoor farming systems, LED grow lighting technologies, and smart farm automation solutions.

  • Engage potential clients including entrepreneurs, investors, food producers, and companies interested in controlled-environment agriculture.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical briefings for potential customers.

  • Understand client requirements such as production capacity, space availability, and investment budget.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates for indoor farm systems.

  • Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to develop appropriate system designs for customers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on customer enquiries to convert leads into confirmed projects.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and project implementation process.

  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking activities to generate leads.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development.

  • Experience in technical solution sales, agriculture technology, greenhouse systems, lighting, automation, or equipment sales will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into commercial solutions for clients.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple sales opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous.
